Los premios Óscar es una ceremonia que fue creada por la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas, con la idea de promover la industria del cine estadounidense, y fue fundada en 1927. Se hizo conocida por sus premios anuales desde 1929 otorgando el premio de la Academia, o también llamado el premio Óscar. La octogésima octava edición de los premios Óscar será este 28 de Febrero.
El 14 de este mes los nominados fueron presentados separados en 24 categorías. Aunque todos esperamos con ansías este evento, han causado gran revuelto ya que por segundo año consecutivo ningún actor, director o productor de minoría étnica fue nominado.
